5-year Full Warranty on the AirLull®
If the AirLull is used in a datacenter environment as intended, each AirLull bought from UpTime Products BV is warranted for a period of 5 years.General Terms
This Warranty sets forth UpTime Product BV’s responsibility in the event of defect and tells you how to obtain performance under this Warranty. This Warranty covers your AirLull worldwide.
What this Warranty covers
UpTime Products BV warrants that each AirLull is free of defects in materials and workmanship and conforms to its specifications. “Specifications” is information specific to an AirLull in a document entitled “Official Published Specifications”, which is included with your AirLull.
During the Warranty period, UpTime Products BV provides full replacement service for the AirLull. The Warranty period for the AirLull is 5 years starting on its original Date of Delivery. The date on your purchase invoice is the Date of Delivery unless UpTime Products BV or its official reseller informs you otherwise.
An AirLull that is malfunctioning will be replaced if the seal is intact and not violated.
What this Warranty does not cover
This Warranty does not cover the following:
• Use of the AirLull outside the provided specifications;
• Service of an AirLull where you are using capacity other than that authorized by UpTime Products BV in writing.
• Service of an AirLull where you are using capacity other than that authorized by UpTime Products BV in writing.
The Warranty is voided by removal or alteration of identification labels on the AirLull or its parts.
When your AirLull fails or is damaged due to the above mentioned situations, a new AirLull product needs to be purchased by you.
How to obtain Warranty Service
If the AirLull does not function as warranted during the warranty period, refer to the service documentation that was shipped with your AirLull for support assistance and problem determination procedures. A copy of the service documentation for your AirLull can also be found at “Support and Downloads”.
If you are unable to resolve your problem with the service documentation, contact UpTime Products BV or one of the local representatives to obtain warranty service. If you did not register the AirLull with UpTime Products BV, you may be required to present proof of purchase as evidence of your entitlement to Warranty service.
Warranty Claims Procedure
When the user discovers a defect, the user shall contact UpTime Products BV. The user of the AirLull will send the defected product directly to UpTime Products BV in protective packaging. Subject to the limitations specified herein UpTime Products BV will send a replacement product to replace the product warranted hereunder. A defective products replaced under this Warranty become the property of UpTime Products BV.
