This is a list of frequently asked questions about using the AirLull and understanding concepts and principles related to the AirLull.
1. The fan in my AirLull® is moving. What does this mean?
When the fan in the the AirLull is showing movement this might be proof of malfunctioning of the AirLull. The standard setup of the AirLull conrtols the air flow into balance and the fan in the AirLull should not show any movement. To test the function of the fan just blow gentle into the fan. The fan should start moving and should stop moving when you stop blowing.
2. Am I allowed to repair the AirLull® myself upon defect?
No you are not. Trying to repair the AirLull yourself means you will not be eligible for a free replacement of the AirLull. UpTime Products BV will know when you have tried to repair the AirLull yourself because of the broken seal on the product.
3. May I install the AirLull® myself?
Yes you may.
4. Do I need to install an AirLull® in every server unit?
No, just one AirLull per data room is sufficient. A second AirLull could be taken into consideration for redundancy reasons.
5. Do I need to install any software for using my AirLull®?
The software is embedded in the AirLull.
6. Where does the name AirLull® come from?
A lull is the eye of a storm where there is no air movement.
7. Who do I contact when my AirLull® is defect?

8. Can I use my AirLull® only in UpTime Products BV’s solutions?
No. The AirLull is applicable in all data center cooling solutions with physical separation of cold supply and and warm return air.
9. Why is there a 5-year Full Warranty on my AirLull®?
Because the AirLull is built to be a flawless working product, because the AirLull is the essential tool for maintaining the correct airflows in the data center.
